How does vape shipping work?+
Vape orders ship via adult-signature delivery, the way federal law requires for every online vape retailer. A person 21 or older must sign at the door, so ship to an address where an adult is around. Standard delivery runs 3 to 6 business days.
Is delta 8 legal, and can you ship it to me?+
Our delta 8 is hemp-derived with less than 0.3% delta-9 THC under the 2018 Farm Bill, with a full panel lab report on every batch. State laws differ: we cannot ship delta 8 to Alaska, Colorado, Delaware, Hawaii, Idaho, Iowa, Montana, New York, North Dakota, Oregon, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont, Washington, and shipping to California, Michigan, Minnesota, Nevada, Connecticut is temporarily unavailable. Checkout checks your address automatically before any payment step.
How fast do orders ship?+
Shippable items (delta 8 gummies, kratom, CBD, wellness) go out same or next business day after payment is complete. Standard delivery runs 2 to 5 business days depending on distance from South Carolina. Shipping is free over $75.
Why did I get a text instead of paying online?+
Card networks handle smoke shop retailers differently than everyday stores, so we complete payment through a secure link we text you after you place your order. Tap the link, pay, and your order ships same or next business day.
What is your age policy?+
Every customer must be 21 or older, full stop. The site checks your date of birth before you can browse, we verify age again on orders, and vape deliveries require an adult signature at the door.
Which states can you not ship kratom to?+
We cannot ship kratom to Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, Louisiana, Vermont, Wisconsin, California. Shipping to Rhode Island is temporarily unavailable while we complete state licensing. A few local areas also restrict kratom: Sarasota County, FL, Union County, MS, Jerseyville, IL, Ontario, OR. Checkout checks your address before any payment step.
How do I know your products are authentic?+
We buy direct from licensed distributors and scan-verify every case against the manufacturer's authentication system. Our delta 8, CBD, and kratom carry per-batch certificates of analysis from independent accredited labs, published on the lab results page with the lot number that is printed on your package.
What is your return policy?+
Unopened products in original packaging can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. For safety reasons we cannot restock opened consumables, but if anything arrives damaged or wrong, contact us and we will make it right.
