What we collect
When you place an order we collect your name, email, phone number, and shipping address. Your age-gate answer and cart are stored on your own device, not on our servers. We do not run third-party ad trackers on this site.
How we use it
We use your information to fulfill orders, send the transactional payment-link text you request at checkout, respond to messages, and meet legal record-keeping duties that apply to licensed retailers. If you opt in to marketing texts we use your number for that program until you opt out.
Who we share it with
Shipping carriers receive your name and address to deliver your order. A payment provider receives what it needs to process your payment. We share information with authorities when the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
Retention and security
Order records are kept as long as tax and licensing rules require, then deleted. Order data is stored in access-controlled private storage.
Your choices
