Shipping and Returns

Shipping
Orders ship same or next business day after payment is complete. Flat-rate shipping is $6.99, free on orders over $75. Standard delivery runs 2 to 5 business days depending on distance from South Carolina. You will receive tracking by email when your order leaves the building.
Where we cannot ship
Some states and local areas restrict specific products, and our checkout enforces the current list before any payment step. The list is published in the FAQ. Vape orders require an adult signature (21+) at delivery.
Address accuracy
Double-check your address at checkout. Packages returned to us for a bad address can be reshipped for the flat shipping rate.
Returns
Unopened products in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. For safety reasons we cannot restock opened consumables. To start a return, email orders@colapeak.com with your order reference.
Damaged or wrong items
If anything arrives damaged, missing, or not what you ordered, email us a photo within 7 days and we will replace it or refund it, your pick, no return shipping required.
