1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of the Cola Peak website and your purchases from Cola Peak LLC, a licensed South Carolina retailer located in York, SC. By using the site or placing an order, you accept these terms.
2. Eligibility, 21+
You must be at least 21 years old to use this site or purchase our products. We verify age before entry and again on orders, and we refuse any sale where age cannot be confirmed. Providing a false date of birth is a violation of these terms.
3. Products
Our products are botanical and wellness goods sold for adult use. They are not evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration, and nothing on this site is medical advice or a claim about health outcomes. Product pages list serving information, ingredients, and per-batch lab results. You are responsible for confirming a product is lawful in your state before ordering, and our checkout blocks destinations we cannot ship to.
4. Orders and payment
Placing an order reserves your items. We complete payment through a secure link sent by text message to the phone number you provide at checkout. Orders that remain unpaid after 48 hours may be cancelled and restocked. Prices, availability, and catalog contents can change without notice.
5. Shipping restrictions
State and local laws restrict where some products can ship. Our current restriction list is published in the FAQ and enforced at checkout. We may cancel and refund any order we later determine cannot lawfully ship to its destination.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to resell our products to anyone under 21, use the site to break any law, or interfere with the site's operation. We may refuse service where we believe these terms are being violated.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The site and products are provided as is. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Cola Peak LLC disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in South Carolina.
